hello!
I can not send email in any way, when I try to create a new user for example, the LimeSurvey should send an email to the user entered and an e-mail notification to the administrator, but after clicking the Add User, the following message appears: Error sending e-mail to
I've done all sorts of settings, global settings tab

Please help me!

1. Which Limesurvey version do you use?

2. Which email settings do you use at global settings?

3. Please switch on debug mode by adding the following line to your config.php file:
$debug = '1';

Are there any additional errors reported on top of the page?

The version is 1.90 + and settings can be viewed on the attached
Changed debug mode to 1 on
No additional errors are reported, only appears the message "e-mail not sent"
