I have read this issue, bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=5877, but I still see the problem in version 1.92 of LimeSurvey. The url that respondents receive does not have the SCID and their answers are not stored in the Saved Control table. They are found in Incomplete responses but cannot be accessed to edit.

Tokens: enabled

Allow editing answers after completion? NO
Enable token-based response persistence? YES
Allow public registration? YES
Use HTML format for token emails? YES
Set token length to: 15

Participant may save and resume later? YES

When I click the link I am taken back into the survey but my answers are not visible. I am instructed to Submit, but the page only has the Previous/Next, Resume, Clear & Exit.

I still see the problem in version 1.92 of LimeSurvey.
1.92 are not updated by LS team.
