Hello all,

Although I have read the manual on the Expression Manager, I still encounter some (probably very basic) problems. I could not find any similar problems on the forum.

My objective is to add equations which will calculate a ratio of earlier answered questions.
One of the answered questions is an array of numbers in a matrix of 2 by 2.

Only the first column is of relevance to me, but i cant seem to find out how to refer to these.
It tells me that the variables is undefined.

{vzoregels/aantalfte_sq001_1} is one of the things i tried, whereby "vzoregels" and "aantalfte" are the names that i assigned to the questions.

Can someone please help me out? Again, I am sorry as it is probably very simple.

Hello,

I think I have a working solution. I changed the question type to Array (text) and set in the settings to only numerical answers.
Using the table in the manual about accessing variables I now used:

{vzoregels/fte_SQ001_SQ001}

which is working!

Sorry to bother

Yes,

Think it's that, but i think it's best to use X1,X2,X3 and Y1,Y2,Y3 for sub q code ;).
