How can I make to work a conditioned set of questions like the example below:

If I have the following questions:

Q1. Which of the following facilities have you visited in the last six months?
1. Walking Clinic
2. Family Doctor
3. Hospital
4. Dentist

Let’s assume Customer only chose
2 Family Doctor
4 Dentist

Q2 How do you evaluate the service that you received on: (Conditioned to Q1)
Good Bad
2 Family Doctor X
4 Dentist X

Q3 Did you have to pay for service (Conditioned to Q1)
Yes No
2 Family Doctor X
4 Dentist

Q4 How much do you remember you paid? ( Conditioned to Q3)
Less than $100 More than $100
2 . Family Doctor X

Have a look at the advanced setting at the array filter. This should at least for the filtering of Q1 to Q2 and Q3. Now Q4 will probably need some other solution but it is too late here to think too much... ;-)
Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

Here is a solution that may help with the Q4 problem (ignore all of the "N/A" stuff) - www.limesurvey.org/en/forum/can-i-do-thi...-another-array#91998

Thank you for your answer. I assume your answer is correct. The only problem is that my knowledge about the language your are using is extremely poor.

If you could convert this data ( or tell me how) into the format used by Limesurvey it will help me a lot.

I'm sorry. I'm not that savvy!!! :(

Thanks
