Hi!

I'm trying to modify the email template so I can add answers to a question, but keep banging my head against the wall. I know this is possible, I just don't know how to do it. In the E-Mail template I have this...

{SURVEYURL}&442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}

But when I receive the URL, it does not add anything additional to the URL HREF tag and only displays after the & as text. I've tried a number of things, and can't get it to work. I tried the 'panel integration' space, but it seems like certain subquestions are in there and not everything.

Does anybody happen to know how I can modify the SURVEYURL parameter without having to write my own script to send the mail out?

Thanks!

Try this:
{SURVEYURL}?442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}

Thank you for the response, but unfortunately, it didn't work....

In my template I tried this...

{SURVEYURL}?442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}

But when I receive the email for the survey, I get this link...

http://surveys.<foo>/limesurvey/index.php?r=survey/index/sid/442976/token/txndjt4mbhztjh3/lang/en

and the text part looks like this... I tried to format it but it turns out OWA does some strange url encode for it.

http://surveys.<foo>/limesurvey/index.php?r=survey/index/sid/442976/token/txndjt4mbhztjh3/lang/en?442976X15X310=CRB&442976X15X311=Site

I would have thought that LimeSurvey would just tack the variables onto the surveyurl, but it isn't. :(

Thanks!

Hello,
{SURVEYURL}&442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}
For survey ling
(change the ? by &)

And for EMAIL:
<a href="%%SURVEYURL%%&442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}">%%SURVEYURL%%&442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}</a>

Thanks for the response...

I tried as you said, and it still does not work. In the email template of the web page, I did 'view source' and put this in...

<a href="%%SURVEYURL%%&442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}">%%SURVEYURL%%&442976X15X310={ATTRIBUTE_3}&442976X15X311={ATTRIBUTE_1}</a><br />

In the mail, it shows this...

%%SURVEYURL%%&442976X15X310=CRB&442976X15X311=Site, and Outlook blocks the URL.

I also tried changing the ? to & and same symptom as before...

http://surveys.<foo>/limesurvey/index.php?r=survey/index/sid/442976/token/txndjt4mbhztjh3/lang/en&442976X15X310=CRB&442976X15X311=Site

is the link that it looks like and it goes to the URL that's everything up to the &.
