Dear all,

I'm having problem with my survey when i try to test my survey by clicking trial button (my survey haven't active) then on my browser show error problem like this :

ERROR
We are sorry but your session has expired.
Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled for your browser, or there were problems with your connection.
Please contact Budi ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) for further assistance.


So what's wrong with my survey and how to fix it ?

Hi syacka2001,

did you manage to fix this problem, because I have a similar problem at the moment. I can start my survey, but after usually four or five questions i receive the error message:

I haven't been inactive, i know that my Cookies are enabled and there are no problems with my connection.

I work with:
LimeSurvey Version 1.91+ Build 10232
Windows XP Professional
Internet Explorer and Firefox
The administrator has disabled public write access.
