As You can see in the picture the legenв is presented incorrectly. It seems to be a result of translation and coding charset and so on. It becomes a bigger problem as I need to copy digits to excel and draw graphs there.

So lets discuss and solve!

As russian symbols are very difficult for reading for onlyenglishspeaking people i have to say. I want to see russian text in the legend instead of □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □

What is your LS version ?

Try to change the chartfontfile:
in config.php:
// Use the following config variable to set modified optional settings copied from config-defaults.php
        'config'=>array(
            'chartfontfile'=> 'DejaVuSans.ttf',
            'debug'=>0,
            'debugsql'=>0 // Set this to 1 to enanble sql logging, only active when debug = 2
        )
