Hi all,
I upgraded our site from 1.92 to 2.00+ so that I would be able to include file uploads on my survey. The file upload seems to work OK except that I don't see any way to retrieve the uploaded files. I noticed a green arrow on one screen to download all files in the response as a zip, but when I click on it, nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there another place to retrieve the files?
At this point, I'm looking at having to recreate the software somewhere else.
So, any help is greatly appreciated.

If you are not using latest release 130115, please update first as there was a recent fix that could be related. when on latest release and it still does not work, please file a bug report.
