Hi.

I've sent a survey link to ~300 respondents with the survey id and token in the URL ('<mydomain>?sid=51792&lang=en&token=123').

At least 5% of them didn't get directly to the survey, but instead reached the page with the list of available surveys (index.php).

Is anyone familiar with this problem? losing so many respondents is obviously extremely problematic.

I'm using v1.92 deployed on cloud servers.

You should take a look at the logfiles of your webserver to get an idea what might got wrong. It could be a special browser / emailclient which broke the URL in two parts.

Cloud server can be anything. Tell the provider and package if you want to.

If you use Apache as webserver you can use fancy urls:
host.domain.tld/51792/lang-en/tk-123

Mod-Rewrite needs to be activated.
