We are using 1.92.
We've been creating question groups with set of questions in each group to a large survey. We are down to the last couple question groups to add and all of a sudden the questions in the recently added groups do not display when the question group is tested (by hitting the green test sprocket at the group level). When it is tested, the completion bar indicates that the survey is almost complete, and is at the top of the page with blank space below. No questions, even though there are questions in the group. The individual question test fine and show up. It is tough to image this is bug, and one of us must have selected some setting we shouldn't have touched but after a day of poking around and searching for an solution we haven't figured it out.
Anyone have an idea on how to get our question to start showing up again?
The questions from previously entered groups show up fine, it is just the last few and those that we try to add now... so we are dead in the water until we figure this out.
