Hi

Sorry to ask this question (feel free to delete it if is too inappropriate), but how are the links in this forum created automatically, e.g. I write "Expression Manager" in one of my posts and then instantly a link is created (and words change color to blue). I like that

I would appreciate if someone could tell me how it is done or guide me to a site that explains it - I don't even know what to search for in Google...
