It looks like you are using the clear_logo template. If so, add the following to the end of template.css.
#limesurvey .array-flexible-duel-scale table.question thead th {
    font-weight: bold;
}

Hmm...I just tested on my 1.92installation and it worked fine. Can you activate a sample survey?

I don't see my code anywhere in the template.css file associated with your demo.

I tested using the following code and the result is my screenshot.

...

.be {
	padding: 0.5em 1em;
}

td.answer p {
	margin-left: 1em;
}

#limesurvey .array-flexible-duel-scale table.question thead th {
    font-weight: bold;
}

Hi Tony

Sorry I have deleted earlier as it wasn't working. But now I have put it back on. However it is still not working. I am using Version 1.90. Not sure if that makes a difference

It now works from here using IE and FireFox. Have you cleared your cache or tried another browser.

Hi Tony

thank you. Your suggestion worked! However after bold, the space looks too cramp. Is there a possible way to have a small gap between "scale 2" and "agree"? - as indicated in the picture u posted.
