Hey everyone!

This is the second time i am trying to make a survey with limeSurvey, and the last time (about a year ago) it didnt make any problems, but this year it seems different.

I am building an "exit survey" and it is to 95% the same every year, and has a couple hundred questions, so i wanted to do the same i did last year: EXPORT the previous survey, create a NEW SURVEY, and IMPORT the old survey. However, this year it does not work, it only directs me to a "webpage not found". This happens on all browsers i used, and also on the different machines i tried it on.

I tried importing using csv, and i also tried the other file type (was it SQL ???). On the bottom of the screen it says version 1.72 (5737).

Please help

1. You can test if this works fine at the latest version by testing our online demo which always runs the latest Limesurvey version.
Username: admin
Password: test
If you can reproduce the problem there please report back.

2. When testing locally: Please switch on debug mode by adding the following line to your config.php file:
$debug = '1';

Are there any additional errors reported on top of the page?

3. Are there any error listed at the server's error log?

On the testing side it worked fine.

I do not use a local machine...so i did not test that.

I found a different solution: instead of importing the whole survey i only imported previous "groups" and that worked fine.

This might be a ressource problem if the survey is large. To check, please enable debug mode on the server as described above and see if any errors show up.
