As the LimeSurvey can't export more than 255 columns in Excel. And the LS export the survey data, without the timing data, in SPSS. But I want to export all the data by one step,so how can I make it?

In addition,I want to collect more types of paradata, for example, order of answering, number of appearance of prompts and error messages, time spent per question(when I use the "group by group" to run the survey),and so on.What should I do?

thx~

1. Limesurvey only exports up to 256 columns because older Excel version don't support more columns.
As a workaround try using CSV export and import the file to Excel then: docs.limesurvey.org/Exporting+results&st...mited_to_255_columns

2. Which Limesurvey version do you use? If not the latest 1.92 version, please test if exporting timing to SPSS is possible at our online demo which always runs the latest Limesurvey version.

If you can reproduce the problem there please report back

3. Extracting the metadata you are listing isn't possible yet, you would have to code that.

4. To record time per question you need to set the survey to question by question mode.

The Limesurvey version is 1.92 RC5.

I have no idea about that where is mistake. The data exported by using the 'Export to SPSS' exclude the timing data.

But the .csv file is integrated by the survey data and the timing data.

RC5 means that is a release candidate which isn't stable yet. Please update to the latest 1.92+ version.

If timings are not included at the latest 1.92 version, please open a ticket at the bugtracker.
