Hello,

I am using Version 1.91+ Build 12416.

In the welcome page, there is this "Next" button which leads the respondents to the questions. In the survey I'm currently trying to develop, there is a consent text in the welcome page.

Therefore, I want the caption of this button to be "I agree to participate." This button appears in all pages. So, bear in mind that I want his change only in the welcome page. Not in the Next buttons of question pages. And I don't want an additional button for "I agree to participate." It would be awkward to first "agree" and then to "next" the welcome page.

Thus, how can I change the caption of Next button only in the welcome page?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Hello,

In your welcome "Welcome message:" put this script.
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8">
  $(document).ready(function() {
    $("#movenextbtn").val('I agree to participate');
  });
</script>

Hello Shnoulle and Mazi!

I tried the code. It works!!! Flawlesly!

I put it into the "Welcome message:" box in the "Edit text elements" module.

Thank you Shnoulle! Thank you! Thank you! You are awesome!

It works but I think I should ask one thing about this code. Do you think I can rely on this? The code will not interfere with other parts of the survey or will not cause loss of data right?

This is for my PhD and I have one chance to collect data. If I loose the data and resend invitations, I'm sure noone will respond.

The result is like this in a trial survey: image

No problem can appear with this code.

If you have to change the sentence, just dont put a " inside :).

And:

You're welcome :-)

Hello, does this apply to 2.05+? The button still reads "Next'.
