Hi

I duplicated one of the templates so i can use it on my survey but i noticed the clone template does not appear listed

Why is that?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

doesn't it appear in the template editor, the survey settings or both?

If your template name is starting with a lowercase character the template will be shown after the templates witch an uppercase first character. Did you check if this could be the problem with your template?

If this doesn't help it might be a good idea to check if the read/write permissions are set correctly (have a look at docs.limesurvey.org/Installation&structu...irectory_permissions for more information).

If even this doesn't help you could tell us which LimeSurvey version, database/db-version, php-version and server you are using and if you have updated your LimeSurvey installation from an old version using comfort update or doing it manually.

2. Have there been any error message or did you receive a notice that the template was copied successfully?

3. Can you check if the template is availalbe at /limesurvey/upload/templates

i receive a memory allocated error

3. Can you check if the template is availalbe at /limesurvey/upload/templates

no template folder for the one created
What i did was to copy bluengrey from the Admin site...As admin i can see the duplicated template...but it does not appear under /limesurvey/upload/templates

Capital folder names can cause problems, please check and eventually rename the template or delete it and create a new copy.
