I like this solution except that it has one apparent limitation.
City cannot be on the same page as state. State cannot be on the same page as country.
I broke the group in to three questions placing them each into their own group.
I changed the survey to Group by Group from Question by Question.
As long as the *anchors* remained on different pages, the solution works.


Is there a way to make it so that the *selection tree* all appears on the same page? I have tried to implement other solutions listed in the forum. This solution gets me the closest of them all. Any further thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
