I have a previously coded form via HTML and CSS. How to I go about integrating it into Lime Survey. I have it already installed

What do you expect from integrating it into Limesurvey? What do you mean with integrating it into Limesurvey?

There is no way to import custom HTML for the form. You will need to use the LimeSurvey generated form and a custom template to match your styles.
