Hi, I'm a new user, and in a survey of medical symptoms, I want to ask the respondent their weight, either in pounds or kilograms. I tried a mandatory question, multiple short text format, with pounds on one line and kilos on the other. Of course, they must fill in both lines. Is there a way to do this so that they can answer in either pounds or kilos?

Hi Steve,

I'm new as well but I will probably use a question group and within them two radio button. One for kilo and another for pounds and another text box that accepts only numerals. You can then get the answer from the database for you report.

Yes or have the radio question display one of two mandatory separate text input questions using conditions - docs.limesurvey.org/Setting+conditions&s...tions+for+LimeSurvey.
