I've installed version 1.90 Buil 9642 and when choice Numerical input in advanced setting did not have Minimum value Maximum Value. Is it correct?

I believe that is only available in the 1.91RC releases.

In 1.90 you need to use a regular expression in the validation field or Javascript to limit the maximum value.

Version 1.90+ Build 9118

allows you to set minimum and maximum values for slider input.
