I was just adding questions on a survey and after several questions got an error message after submitting one that said "Data too long for column 'question' at row 1". What is this and why am I getting it? I was adding a simple yes/no question, but even trying a couple different question types I still get the same error. Is there a maximum number of questions that can be asked or something?

it's the data , not the number of column.

question are in TEXT, and it's limited only by the server memory. Did you copy/paste something ?

Can you try with : $debug=1; in your config.php.

Argggg yes. Just found tons of MS Word code on the source screen. Thank you.

Please do never copy paste texts directly from MS Word, because at the background loads of style information is copied which you won't notice but might also break the survey design.
