What a great tool. I am trying to use it to implement a members survey for a club to identify what activities members would prefer. I want to make it easy for users to respond against a whole range of items and decided to use radio buttons. The attached screenshot shows what it looks like.

I have encountered 2 challenges:

1. I would prefer to put the description for each column at the head of each column but ended up having to use numbers.

2. The analysis is hard to read as the values chosen are numbers.

Can anyone suggest a better way to approach this?

Hi James, you should be able to use an array with your own labels accross the top - docs.limesurvey.org/Question+type+-+Arra...tions+for+LimeSurvey

The labels can be added at the "Edit answer options" screen.
