Hi again,

I have, with my administrator, been looking through different possibilities to a solution. Unfortunately we still haven't solved everything.

However, we did manage to solve #4. Apparently there were a missing extension in php (GD, as seen below) that wasn't installed on our application.

So we were thinking that maybe #1 is caused by the same type of problem.

As of today we have these extensions:

extension=php_mssql.dll
extension=php_sqlsrv_ts.dll
extension=php_gd2.dll

Is there any other extensions nessesary?

1. Please paste your config.php settings (no passwords please).

2. Please upload a phpinfo file so we can take a look at your server configuration. Just put the following code into a file named phpinfo.php and upload it to your webserver:
< ?php phpinfo(); ? >
(Delete the spaces next to </> when copying the code.)
After uploading please post the link to the file.

The Limesurvey config and server configuration looks fine.

Can you check if Apache module "mod_security" is installed? This often causes problems.

It is not installed as far as I know. We're using IIS.

Is it supposed to be installed?
