Hi,
I have a few problems with LimeSurvey at the moment.
I've used the search function here at the forum, without success and I've searched for similiar problems on Google, also without success, so therefor I'm here.
I'm not sure, if I've posted in the correct forum category though, if not feel free to move this thread, thanks.
Let me start by saying that I've not myself installed the system on our server, but I am an user with fully administrative rights.
And we're using LimeSurvey 1.9.
So, to the problems.
1: I've created a survey, added my groups & questions.
Now, I try to edit survey settings, and save & continue... but right here I get a message:
"No errors found", and I have to go back a page, which leads me with no changes saved.
If I instead try and edit a question, I, for example, get this message:
"No errors found:delete from [lime_questions_attributes] where qid='16' and attribute<>'display_columns' and attribute<>'hidden' and attribute<>'page_break' and attribute<>'public_statistics' and attribute<>'scale_export' and 1=1"
2: Let's say I want to edit the template for my survey, firstly I have to copy the template in order to make some changes. I press copy, and I get this message:
"Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in C:\..\limesurvey\admin\templates.php on line 1174"
3: This time, I want to import a survey structure that someone else has made for me, but I'm gonna host it. Here the message I get:
"An error occured when the file was uploaded. This may have been due to incorrect permissions in your C:\..\limesurvey\tmp-folder." (Note: This has been translated by myself)
4: Now I got as far as getting some responses in for my survey. And I wish to see my responses in statistics in a PDF. I get this message:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng() in C:\..\limesurvey\admin\classes\tcpdf\tcpdf.php on line 4760
Those are the problems I've stumbled over so far. My thought is that it is all due to the same reason. Incorrect permissions.
What do we need to do to solve this? Or what would you believe is the issue?
I'm thankful for every response I can get on this issue.
Thanks in advance.
