Everything is ok but the progress bar disappears and the radio button are not markable.
That's the jQuery conflict.

I can get it to work in 1.91RC2 but not in 1.90. Still investigating...

I did get the chance to install the 1.91RC2 and it works fine.

I had to change a little bit the template.css because on some questions type (list radio, gender) the button was not markable. The span that contains the button background didn't overlap the input.
