My doubt is not about the way of working Limesurvey but the way of using it, perhaps any of you could help me.

I would like to use LS to get some data back from the participants to severals courses…, data like if the manuals were ok, about the tutors and teachers…

As we have at least one training course per week.
Which could be the best option ?
a) Create a survey for each course
b) Create a general survey and then a text line to get the course which they are answering.

In the option b, have we any way of blocking an user to reply twice to the same course ?
Note that the survey has to be ANONIMOUS

I think that, if you want to restrict people to one response per course, you'll need to use tokens and copy the survey for each course.

If the questions for the course are always the same, then I would go for 1 survey for all. As you have at least 1 course per week, I assume you do not want to create one questionnaire per week.

You could either offer a dropdown list with the different courses to choose from, or you could provide a link with the course already included. Via token this should work. You can also make surveys with tokens anonymous, so this should be no problem. Just add an attribute "course" in the token table and give each respondent a link to respond.

I have set up a system for a customer which is used for course evaluation. We use a master survey and then import a list of courses. For each course a new survey is created from the master survey.
Furthermore user can be imported into different surveys so tokens can be used to prevent multiple participation and send reminder emails to receive more feedback.
Since all surveys are of the same format, data can easily be compared/merged and results can be aggregated for analysis.

We have decided to add a text field/question with the Training course so we have just one "Big survey".
Together with this option I am checking the possibility of changing the cookie adding a valid time (3-4 days) so the user who applied to any survey, can not re-apply to it until 3-4 days latter.. (time for having another Training course)
