I've found one forum post in Portugese about this. Unfortunately it 404'd on me and so was useless but:

How do I get rid of bullets next to answer options/subquestions in applicable questions? I've searched every line of html and css and js in our template and have not found it.

For whole bullets:
ul{
list-style-type:none;
}

For question specific bullet, you need some template manipulation , look at default question.pstpl and add it in your question.pstpl (all {QUESTION****} class and id)
