Hi, I would like that the help image icon, does not appear on the survey.
Can I remove it from template? How?

It's not a placeholder that can be removed from the template but you can hide it with CSS.

The code will vary depending on the template but the following will work for the default template:
.survey-question-help img {
  display: none;
}

Two other solutions:

a) Remove all text (also HTML line breaks) from the question help text. You might have to switch to the editors source code mode in order to delete everything.

b) Replace the given image with a 1x1 transparent pixel image. But tpartners solution is the better solution.

Yes, good tip for questions without intentional help text inserted. I was thinking more along the lines of questions with help text inserted and displayed but not the image.

You need to insert the code that tpartner has posted into the CSS file of your template. But of course, this depends very much on the template itself. His code should work for the default template.
