How should I align my answer so that the radio button is aligned at the same time?

For instance, I want to align my "answer" in the centre,however, the radio button is still at its original position (left) even after I have aligned the "answer" to the centre.

Is it possible to do that?

As you can see from the link, when i change the positon of the answer,
the radio button doesn't go together it.

How should i do that? I would like the radio button next to the answer all the time

I wouldn't recommend to center the answer options. It is always better to have all radio buttons in one vertical line, as it makes it a lot easier to click.

Not really because different length answers will force the radio buttons into different positions.

Well, depending on the layout of your template, you could always play with the width of the element your question is in, or with margin and padding.

but depending on your template this might have an impact on all questions. If there is an id that css can adress, then this would be an option.

You cannot change the size of radio button (or checkbooxes) with CSS.

There is a workaround to replace them with images here but I don't know whether it works for 1.90.
