Hi guys,

This must be a very stupid question, but I've just spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to assign the basic template to a survey I created. Somehow the default template is loaded automatically and there seems to be nowhere you can change it. The template editor lets you edit things but not assign a template to a survey.

Any help would be appreciated.

check survey setting, tab Presentation and Navigation, you can assign template there.
