Is it possible to implement the following 2 use cases:
1. User signs up via web form from getresponse (like mailchimp) and gets a one time url to access a survey. I was thinking tokens would help do this but I am not sure if there is already a way to get the tokens out of limesurvey and into a 3rd party platform.
2. User pays for an assessment by paypal and gets a one time url to access a survey. Similar to #1, I don't want one person to pay/enroll and then spread a static URL around the internet.
