Hey,

is it possible to model this question type in LimeSurvey (see below)?
I am using an old version of LimeSurvey and I have problems with placing the boxes below the corresponding circles?

Does anyone know how to do that?

I am thankful for any suggestions! :)

Well, it could probably be done with CSS but the details would depend on the LS version and template used.

Can you activate a test survey for us to see?
