upgraded to the 2.05+ build 141003

displaying results as html shows nearly 100 pages of text plus nice graphs
displaying results as pdf shows (ugly) graphs and no text

I disconnected the site on the firewall and then changed config.php to debug =>1

It produced undefined variable headPDF ~/application/helpers/admin/statistics_helper.php(2640)
which has the line
$this->pdf->headTable($headPDF,$tablePDF);

I have searched but can't find a solution. Is headPDF defined somewhere, or should it be initialized to zero or something else?
