I'm trying to use
<a href="{SURVEYURL}">CLICK HERE</a> <!-- this shows as plain text -->
{SURVEYURL} <!-- this shows up in the email, so I know {SURVEYURL} is holding a value -->

But the anchor link is coming as plain text inside the email. To confirm whether {SURVEYURL} is not empty, I placed {SURVEYURL} right after the anchor tag and that worked properly (url got displayed), but cannot figure out why the variable inside anchor tag is not working.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Safdar
