putting participants randomly to different types of surveys was created by Spread
Dear All,
I just finished setting up a study about 4 different innovations. The participants of the study shall answer just 1 of these survey, means they shall just answer questions to 1 specific innovation. Every innovation survey also differs 3 times in 1 given information - means that there are 12 options in total.
like this:
Innovation A, Option 1
Innovation A, Option 2
Innovation A, Option 3
Innovation B, Option 1
Innovation B, Option 2
Innovation B, Option 3
till
Innovation D, Option 3
I now do have 12 different surveys and my question is how I can put the participants randomly to one of these surveys. They all should have the same start page, adress for the survey, etc. but then they should end up in one of these options.
Can anybody help with this question?
I am using limesurvey 2.0 and we do have our account on limeservice.org
Thanks a lot in advance!
Kristin

I would:
1) Place all questions in the same survey
2) Load an Equation question with a random number between 1 and 12
3) Use conditions or relevance to display the appropriate questions and groups

Thanks a lot! I am now rearranging all my surveys, question groups and questions. But now I have 2 more questions: What do I need to put in the "relevance box" and how can I hide the question from where my participants will be guided to their specific group?
I searched in the forum and I found this www.22surveys.com/blog/?p=38 but this only seems to work for the older versions..
Sorry, I am not to much into it. Maybe somebody could help me again with these new questions?
Thx, Kristin
