Hi there,

in a "submit file" question I need the user to submit more than 1 file, but if I put more than one file, in the survey it will show this sentence "Please upload at most 5 files", the problem is that my survey is in Portuguese and the sentence shows in English. Is there a solution to this?
The translation is correct, but for some reason it didn't updated my Limesurvey, how can I update my Limesurvey translation?

Details on handling localization here - docs.limesurvey.org/Localisation&structu...tions+for+LimeSurvey

But it may be simpler to use the "Hide tip" advanced question setting and add your own instructions.

What LimeSurvey version are you using? What template?

I'm using the version 2.0 and the template is the default one with a few changes...

Thank you, but it doesn't work, the sentence is still there...
Try hiding the tip as described above and add this to the end of template.css:
.questionhelp.hide-tip {
	display: none;
}

Can you give more details and provide a screenshot?

Regarding removing the text - my solution has been tested in the default template. We can't give support for custom templates.

Regarding changing the text colour - You should be able to do that by modifying template.css.

Regarding changing the text - you can change the translation - manual.limesurvey.org/How_to_translate_LimeSurvey
