Hi,
is it possible that participants skip some questions if they answer a certain way (for exemple: if you say no, go to question 9)but keep all my questions as mandotary for others?

What you are looking for are conditions. Have a look at the manual.

You can make a question conditional depending on the answers of a previous question.
