Hello!

Is it possible to import und overwrite templates? When I import a new template version, I get the error, that the template already exists. So I have to rename the old template, import the new template and edit the template-entry of each survey.

Or would you recommend to import new versions of templates via ftp and overwrite the template-folders or -files?

Thanks in advance
Christian

Hi Christina,
overwrite templates
in my opinion it is not possible. I work mostly with renaming or use versioning with my code editor, in order to override the files on server.

Cheers Kai

If you have FTP access to the server, in your FTP client you can rename the old template directory (so you don't loose those files) and upload the new template directory.
