Limesurvey has tha ability to put the output of à record into an e mail witch is fine,
What i would like to have is this output in à microsoft Word template
In other words can i reach the field of à specific record in the database and can i merge them in à word document?

No, this isn't possible. It works fine within emails because the email text is parsed and sent by Limesurvey which isn't possible when exporting data to MS Word.
