You mean via prefilling via URL?
Can you provide an example here?

To transmit text via URL often the text needs to be encoded and decoded.

I am not sure if Limesurvey can detect that without doing the decoding/encoding via Javascript/Jquery. Modern browser to some stuff on their own. Question is, do you control the URL to fill the variables.

You can try some characters here:
www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp

JavaScript:
www.w3schools.com/jsref/jsref_encodeURI.asp

Hope you get the idea.

The PHP routines are
us3.php.net/urldecode
us3.php.net/urlencode

Would be nice if a developer could comment on the handling of URL Decoding/Encoding.
E.g. for the EndURL.
