Just at silly question , I am new to LimeSurvey .
How can I make multilingual Survey ? . Is it possible ?

Does I have to create one survey by language ? I found nothing about that in advanced Survey/questions params.

I one survey by language, can I concatenate results ?

Yes, you can create multilingual surveys.

After creating a survey in a base language, you can add more languages at Survey settings --> General.
