Can I make my own, for example 4 point choice scale? It should be "How satisfied are you with...."

1=Satisfied 2=Somewhat satisfied 3=Somewhat unsatisfied 4=Unsatisfied

It not, can i then add labels to the built in 5-point choice scale, so it's not just integers 1-5?
