Hi,

I want a respondent to submit their survey.

Subsequently I want them to return and modify those results.

Example, "What qualifications do you have". Certificate.

One year later "What qualifications do you have". Certificate,Diploma.

Is this possible?

Can I filter the results in a manner which allows me to see the original results, and then the new ones?

As far as I know, changes would overwrite previous responses and they are lost.
Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

If you're trying to do longitudinal research (with multiple waves of data collection), to create wave-specific variables with common names so that a statistical package can easily aggregate them.

At the other extreme, if you're looking to track changes in answers during data collection (e.g. to see if a person back tracks and changes their response to a survey), that isn't currently supported by LimeSurvey, but there are working examples of data models that can support the collection and analysis of such data.

Hello,

Not looking to track the changes the person made as they entered the information.

The information which is gathered will change over time, so we believe it would be useful to track this.

However, we don't want the user to have to enter 20 fields of data again when only two fields may change slightly.
