In one form I need to use "list radio button" and to limit each of the answer option to maximum 20 choses, after which this answer option will hide or will not be able to select.

How can I do that?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The only way to do that would be to make an AJAX call to a remote PHP script that queries the database and checks for the number of respponses - some JavaScript and PHP coding required.
