Hello

I made a 5 option Single choice with several subquestion. My question on you:

How do I change the text on the options (from 1,2,3,4,5 to something like very good,good,average,aceptable,horrible)?

Sorry did not find it in the documendation...

You are talking about the array question 5 point choice, right?

Just take the simple array question and either create a reusable scale under "edit label sets" or just for the one time use in the question itself. You can create basically any scale you want. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, etc. scale, with or without text.
