If you want to dynamically load the adjective strings from a database, the only solution would be to code a PHP script which grabs the data from the database and then use an Ajax-Call at the question to load the script and pass back the strings from the script into the question.
Here is an example of a project I'm currently working on for a customer of mine. The marked strings are dynamically loaded from DB at survey runtime:

Sorry, but we can't offer free support for customized coding. We do all this in our free time which is limited and help for customized coding is just too time expensive.
If you are interested in advanced, paid support, you can drop me a note at marcel.minke(at)limesurvey.org

Hi.
I have been studing it and I know now how to do it.I am doing testing with javascript code in the textbox of the question but i dont get nothing.
I can put the label <javascript> because the label <script> changed me.
I put :

<javascript>document.write('hello')</javascript>

but it show me : document.write('hello')

Is here where i have to put the javascript code??
