My surveys are setup to capture the date when a person submits.
I get the information when I download the data [SPSS].
I would like to see this information without downloading the data i.e. can I somehow see this field in Get statistics?
Or is there a work-around?
Regards
Mark

Hello,

there seems to be no extra column for the submitdate in the statistics view. You should be able to see the submitdate if you click on the magnifying lens/glass symbol in the "Actions" column. This opens the response details, in the first line you will see a "Submission date" like "2011-12-14 15:28:32".

But I think it is a good idea to add a column for non-anonymous surveys. You can add the idea to the ideas tracker, ideas.limesurvey.org/ if it doesn't allready exist.

I would even consider this a missing feature and imho a bug, so please open a ticket at our bugtracker.

Thanks!

Thanks for the replies.
I will use the suggestion re the magnifying glass.

I won't open a ticket as I've given this more thought.
The "get statistics" [via pie graph picture] gives frequency distributions for the fields. Submitdate will most likely be unique for each submit - so the frequencies will all be 1 & the listing would be very long if the N is big.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Mark, please create a bug ticket because to my knowledge the "submit date" is also missing at the browse response table/overview!?

Hi Mazi
Tried to submit a bug ticket but couldn't find where to log a new bug - very confusing. Please give me some pointers & I will do it.
Went to Community/bug tracker and then couldn't find where to log a bug - the next button takes me the demo !
