I'll give an example:

Let's say I have a site about eyeglasses. I'd like to ask my users questions based upon their face shape, fashion preferences, and head size.

Then, I'd like those answers to spit out the best eyeglass shape for that user.

Can this be done? If so, point me to the correct url in the user docs.

And, why is there not a wp plugin for this software?

You can use conditions to show text-display questions depending on the answers to previous questions.

Huh?

For 1.92RC1 and beyond, you can use Expression Manager - based Equations to compute the desired eyeglass shape from the inputs, and generate tailored messages with the recommendations. You have at least three variables (face shape, fashion preferences, and head size). Presumably you have 4 or more choices for each. So, if users can only pick one choice for each, there are 12 possible choice values that can be combined, so you might need many follow-up questions to generate the right message (the number of combinations of 12 things taken 3 at a time). Using conditional tailoring, you can reduce the total number of questions and still generate messages the follow the algorithms you are developing. See also the HowTo page.
