I would like to simplify the resume later page, because I have a very (!) long token which takes care of most security.

So I would like to:
1. Remove password requirement
2. Remove the requirement that the name has to be unique.

I looked through replacements.php and save.php, and these settings are intermingled in the code, but quite messy to try to remove there. Is there an easier way to remove the requirements above?

Hello,

Use "Enable token-based response persistence?" and remove the "resume later".

Then only token are used to get back to the survey.

Each time user click in next , their survey are saved for the next time they came back.

OK, that's an interesting way to do it. But then there is also no visible option for people to resume later, right?

And PS: I have looked in the documentation, but what does actually enable token-based persistence mean?

You have to check token based response and resume later.

If your surveys answers are not anonymous than the user can press resume later and gets an info that his answers so far are saved and he may come back later using the link.
