1. Which Limesurvey version do you use?

2. Can you provide us with a link to the survey holding the question you are referring to? I can then give you the according ID.

3. Alternatively have a look at this feature "$showsgqacode: (>1.91) This setting is used at the printable survey feature Image and defaults to false. If you set $showsgqacode = true; the IDs for each question - and answer if applicable - will be shown; these IDs match the column heading at the Lime_survey_12345 table which holds the answer data for a certain survey. These Ids can be used for a code book for manual database queries."
Link: docs.limesurvey.org/Optional+settings#St...nd_Response_Browsing

It lists the IDs of all fields which should help you referencing the correct value.

What does this line stand for? "OTROS 1text p21"

Are you sure you are using the SGQA correctly? You must use the IDs provided by limesurvey, just like shown here: www.docs.limesurvey.org/tiki-index.php?p...#General_Description

And not the question code that you gave when creating the question. Could you check if this is correct?

What also could be that you are using the "wrong" question type. Multipe Text should work. Maybe the problem is the "other" field.

Holch,

I'm sorry don`t know how to call text.
I've tried {INSERTANS:66425X140X20501}text p21
and also
{INSERTANS:66425X140X20501comment}
both are bad.

Than,
Rafael

My first guess would be that you can't call the comment text for this type of question. Can't you use a Multiple short text? Maybe just give it a try if it works.

I am not an expert on this, but with {INSERTANS:66425X140X20501} you probably just call the tick box. I couldn't find any reference if and how you could call the comment text for this tick box.

Holch, can you have a look at this feature "$showsgqacode: (>=1.91) This setting is used at the printable survey feature and defaults to false. If you set $showsgqacode = true; the IDs for each question - and answer if applicable - will be shown; these IDs match the column heading at the Lime_survey_12345 table which holds the answer data for a certain survey. When calling the printable survey having the above feature activated and using a question with additional other/comment field, you should see the correct ID there.
